In this article, I share my thoughts on how NOT to make a treatment decision. After hearing my prostate cancer diagnosis, I immediately thought the worst and made a quick decision. On reflection, I needed time to recover from the shock of diagnosis before rushing into treatment. When in shock, it’s not a good idea to make decisions. Especially life-altering decisions.
