I’m proud to announce my is FREE to everyone newly diagnosed with prostate cancer across Canada! 🇨🇦 The news hit my local paper here in the Comox Valley. And it was also published online in 82 newspapers in 70 different cities across my hometown of British Columbia! Writing this book was extremely therapeutic and a large part of my emotional healing. It served as a distraction to worry and allowed me to reprocess and come to terms with my diagnosis. And now, knowing that others in Canada will benefit from a free copy is tremendously heartwarming.

But she also demonstrated the utmost patience while I spent many long hours writing and leaving her in isolation. I’m blessed to have Mary in my life, and I love her with all my heart and soul.💖
