Being diagnosed with cancer was devastating and difficult to accept. At first, I had no plans to talk about it, never mind write a book. However, I found the process of writing extremely therapeutic. And a relief to get my thoughts and feelings out on paper. Although it took a lot more time and effort than I ever imagined. At times, it was emotional and painful to relive some of the experiences. But knowing others may benefit makes all the time and effort worthwhile. If you know anyone recently diagnosed with prostate cancer or is curious about the disease, please share this blog.
