If you’ve read my book, you know that it’s no secret that junk food was the main staple in my diet growing up, which included consuming plenty of dairy products, tons of sweets, buckets of pudding, bowls of raw cookie dough, cake batter, icing, tons of chocolate, and gallons of cows milk. Such overindulgences continued into my adult life.
Recent studies have indicated a link between dairy and prostate cancer. It’s hard to say how much of a role my sugar and dairy addiction played in developing my prostate cancer. However, over the past six months, I’ve made dietary changes, only drinking water and dramatically reducing my junk food intake. Although I still eat fish, chicken, and the occasional sweet. And just for the record, I’m not taking any medication or supplements of any kind.

Since I’ve made these changes, my health and energy levels have dramatically improved. And the best news is the results of a complete blood test report show that all my levels are now within the normal range across the board. Including optimal blood pressure and undetectable PSA!
That said, it’s essential to realize that not everybody will experience the same results. Please consult a medical professional to design a diet and exercise plan specifically for your individual needs and situation.
