If you’ve read my book, you know that it’s no secret that junk food was the main staple in my diet growing up, which included consuming plenty of dairy products, tons of sweets, buckets of pudding, bowls of raw cookie dough, cake batter, icing, tons of chocolate, and gallons of cows milk. Such over indulgences continued into my adult life.
Recent studies have indicated that there’s a link between dairy and prostate cancer. It’s hard to say how much of a role my sugar and dairy addiction played in my developing prostate cancer. However, over the past six months, I’ve made dietary changes, and only drink water and dramatically reduced my intake of junk food. Although I still eat fish, chicken, and the occasional sweet. And just for the record, I’m not taking any medication or supplements.
Ever since I’ve made the changes, my health and energy levels have improved dramatically. And the best news is the results of a complete blood test, report all my levels are now within the normal range across the board, including optimal blood pressure and undetectable PSA!
That said, it’s important to realize that not everybody will experience the same results. Please consult a medical professional to design a diet and exercise plan specifically for your individual needs and situation.
