I’m honoured to have been interviewed on the Afternoons with Mark Brennae on CFAX in Victoria, BC. Gogs Gagnon from Courtenay is a survivor of prostate cancer. He has written an informative and humorous book about his experiences surviving the disease called . The book includes twenty-four testimonials from around the world, including one from legendary Colorado sports broadcaster Vic Lombardi.
In this interview, I share the back story of writing a book about my prostate cancer diagnosis and lessons learned. It captures what it was like and how it felt every step of the way, including what I should have done differently. My hope is this book will serve as a guide to those facing prostate cancer themselves or who are curious about the disease.
